Weekly Awareness Through Movement Classes typically run once or twice a week for 4-6 consecutive weeks. As a way of improving your overall well-being and quality of life it is highly recommended that you attend the full session and schedule your time to be present for each class.
All sessions follow a specific theme and each lesson builds upon the last to create a united story of movement for your mind and body.
